If you want to publish a website or a blog, you also have to decide at the beginning which host to choose.

Meanwhile, there are also many free web space providers. If you want a professional web presence and plan to have more sites, you should give these offerings a wide berth. First of all, you don't have a real internet address here, as the provider only allows you a domain name according to a specific scheme and secondly, these providers display advertisements on your website, which doesn't look very professional for your internet presence.
Additional services like databases, PHP 5 etc. do not exist anyway. And you need at least one database for using WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and other applications.
You should be able to afford a webspace, after all many offers are really cheap with about 5 € per month.

Recommended Hosts or Provider
There are hosting companies and providers that convince with good offers and many features. Support is also important, because at some point you will definitely need it.
And if you can only reach them by phone via a paid hotline or if they don't communicate in a friendly or competent way, then the cheapest web space or other features are of no use.
